    Download CRA consent form RC161 and print a copy to sign.

  2. Complete and sign

    Fill out the form, then sign it. Each taxpayer connected to the DTC file must sign.

  3. Upload below

    Return here to upload the signed consent together with your contact details and supporting documents.

For DTC files, include any supporting reports when you send your signed RC161.
